How to request account deletion

   Email Dice Rumble support

   Send an email to victorgameceo@gmail.com with the subject Dice Rumble Account Deletion Request.

   Identify the account

   Include your Dice Rumble user ID and, where applicable, send the request from the email address linked to your account. Do not send a password or payment-card information.

   Complete verification

   We may request limited information needed to verify account ownership. After verification, we will confirm receipt and process the request.

Data that will be deleted

After the request is verified, we will delete or de-identify:

• The Dice Rumble account and user ID.
• Name and email address associated with the account.
• Server-side gameplay progress and app interaction data linked to the account.
• Device identifiers and diagnostic information that can reasonably be linked to the account.
• Support information not required for legal, security, or dispute purposes.

Active account data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days after verification. You will lose access to the account, saved progress, virtual currency, and virtual items. This action cannot be undone.

Data that may be retained

• Residual copies may remain in secured backups for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten.
• Transaction records and information needed for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, disputes, or legal compliance may be retained for the legally required period, which may be up to seven years depending on the record and jurisdiction.

Access to retained records is restricted. They are not used for continued gameplay or advertising.
